I could avoid this situation by booking nearby hotel if it was communicated in advance. 2- As a result of point#1, I have to take a taxi to the new venue costing me time, effort and money. first: 1- The training location was confirmed to be at Ghaya grand hotel, therefore I booked may stay at the same hotel, them the location simply got changed without any respect or apologizing.
